This Fall senior picture session in Westerville had the best urban music vibe! Olentangy Orange High School senior, Samirah, brought her guitar for her senior session and I was trilled! We were able to take a variety of guitar senior pictures in Westerville uptown.

Samirah brought her guitar in a case, as most seniors do. This not only made it easier to carry the guitar through Uptown Westerville, but it also made for some great variety in her senior pictures! We were able to take some photos with the guitar in the case which gave the photos a different feeling.

Taking senior pictures with a guitar is a great way to show off your musical interests and favorite hobby. We did a variety of pictures with her holding her guitar or playing her guitar and I loved them all! Uptown Westerville made a great location for guitar senior pictures because it has the small-town urban vibe. The colorful buildings and brick and stone walls were interesting backdrops for someone with a guitar. I'm obsessed with the flannel and black jacket she wore to build this look!

This is one of my favorite hidden spots in Uptown Westerville. Often blocked by parking, we got lucky and were able to get a few shots of Samirah along this wall during her senior portrait session in Uptown Westerville. I love the colors of the wall and how well her outfit and gold case worked with the music wall mural.
